Healthy Aging

Aging Brings Change. Understanding Can Help Us Navigate It.

Supporting Health, Independence & Connection at Every Stage of Aging

VIVE Healthy Aging

Healthy aging is about more than getting older. It is about understanding the everyday choices, routines, relationships, and environments that can help us remain active, connected, confident, and independent.

VIVE Healthy Aging creates welcoming educational experiences where older adults, families, caregivers, and community members can explore the factors that support well-being throughout the aging process.

Why It Matters

Healthy aging is influenced by many parts of everyday life.

How we move, eat, sleep, manage stress, stay connected, and engage our minds can all contribute to our overall well-being.

It is about understanding those changes and having the knowledge and support to respond to them.

Understanding Before Solutions

We recognize that every person's experience with aging is different. Health, culture, family, environment, access to resources, and personal experiences all shape what healthy aging looks like.

Rather than presenting one set of rules, VIVE helps participants explore the different factors that can influence well-being and independence.

What Participants Explore

Healthy Aging sessions may explore topics including:
• Movement, strength, flexibility, and balance
• Sleep and healthy routines
• Social connection and reducing isolation
• Memory and cognitive wellness
• Stress management and emotional well-being
• Maintaining independence

The focus is on practical knowledge participants can relate to their own lives.
